The controller for personal data processed through this website is BPE Nordic AB, org. no. 556997-0055, located in Gothenburg, Sweden. We intend to change our company name to Champion Europe AB; this policy will remain in effect until the change is formally registered and a new policy is published.

We collect information you provide voluntarily, such as name, email address, phone number, and message content when you use our contact form. When you place a spare-parts order, we also collect billing and shipping address details and payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We also measure basic visitor statistics through our hosting platform — see our cookie policy for details on what is collected.

Contact-form data is used to respond to enquiries and provide support, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with customers and potential customers. Order data is used to process and fulfil your purchase, based on the performance of a contract with you, and, for financial records, our legal obligation under Swedish accounting law. Visitor statistics are collected based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website.

Beyond strictly necessary local storage (language preference, shopping cart, and, for administrators, a login session), we measure basic visitor statistics through our hosting platform, based on our legitimate interest. With your separate consent, we also use Google Analytics for more detailed visitor and shopping statistics; it only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner. Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and are then deleted by our staff. Order data, including billing and shipping details, is retained for as long as required by Swedish accounting law (currently seven years).

We share data with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), and, only if you consent to analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). These providers are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
